Ceiling Fan Installation Across Nevada
New fans, replacements, wobbling fixes and fan-rated boxes, including patio and high-ceiling installs that make a Nevada summer survivable.
What we handle
- New ceiling fan installation where no fixture exists
- Fan replacement and upgrade
- Fan-rated box installation and bracing
- Remote and wall control wiring
- Damp and wet rated fans for patios and covered porches
- High ceiling, vaulted and downrod installs
- Wobble, noise and speed-control repairs
- Separate switching for fan and light
When to call
- The fan wobbles, ticks or hums at higher speeds
- There is only a light fixture where you want a fan
- The remote works intermittently or not at all
- The patio is unusable in July with no air moving
- The existing box is not rated to carry a fan's weight
- One switch controls both the fan and the light and you want them split
What changes the price
Same job, different building, different number. These are the factors that matter:
- Replacement versus a brand new fan location
- Whether a fan-rated box and bracing are needed
- Ceiling height and downrod length
- Remote, wall control or split switching
How a job runs, start to finish
Four steps, no mystery. This is the same sequence whether you called about one dead outlet or a full service upgrade.

What customers say
Reviews from recent jobs. Names shortened at the customer’s request.
★★★★★Generator and transfer switch installed before the winter. Grid dropped twice since and we did not notice until we saw the neighbours' lights out.
★★★★★Half our outlets died on one side of the house. They found an open neutral behind a bedroom outlet the same afternoon.
★★★★★Smart switches that the app kept dropping. Turned out there was no neutral in the box. They pulled one and everything has been stable since.

Ceiling Fan Installation: frequently asked questions
Can you install a ceiling fan where there is only a light?
Yes, and this is the most common fan call we get in Nevada. The existing box usually is not rated for a fan's moving weight, so we install a fan-rated box with proper bracing before the fan goes up.
Why does my ceiling fan wobble?
Usually an unbalanced blade set, a loose downrod or canopy, or a box that was never braced for a fan. All three are fixable in a single visit in Nevada.
How long does ceiling fan installation take?
A straight replacement is typically under an hour. A new install that needs a fan-rated box, a new switch leg or a vaulted-ceiling downrod takes longer. We tell you which one you have before we start.
Do you install outdoor patio fans?
Yes, using damp or wet rated fans depending on exposure. A standard indoor fan on an open Nevada patio will not last. Call (888) 633-7804 and we will spec the right one.
